It’s essential for us to have a healthy understanding of who Christ is, to believe that the name of Jesus is the name above all others, and always use words that are true and reverent when speaking about Jesus.

On this Feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, let us remember how well God feeds us and that we are what we eat.

We Catholics are like the Holy Trinity, many members making up one big family with all its shared blessings and responsibilities. 

Today we pray that the driving wind of God and the gentle breath of Christ would come our way once more.

We were all anointed at our baptism. Because of the work of the Holy Spirit, we have all been set apart to bear witness to Christ.  But the Holy Spirit needs us to say “yes” to his offer of assistance, and that’s up to us.

“There is no greater love than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” Christ loved us so much that he gave his life for us. There is no more convincing evidence of friendship.
