How do we grow rich in what matters to God? How do we get our spiritual security? The answer is faith in Christ. 

Last week, Jesus invited Martha and all of us to listen to his Word and be with him in prayer.  This week, we learn how.

My friends, no matter what road we choose to travel home to God, we are all called to strive to be better disciples of Christ every day. But the good news is every one of us can become a saint. 

“Who is my neighbor?”  This is a question for the ages… a question for our consciences to ponder every day.  My friends, love of God and love of neighbor are like two sides of the same coin. 

God’s work is not easy… even in a country that guarantees freedom of speech and freedom of worship.  Jesus himself admits that the work of evangelizing the world is very hard: the harvest is plenty, the but the laborers are few, he says.
