Knowing our continued call by the Lord is to, “Go and make disciples” (Matt 28:19), and our role in helping to empower parishioners to live and share their faith, we are offering a four-part summer course! This course is an opportunity to learn and grow together in faith. Like the two disciples who were on the road to Emmaus, we will encounter Jesus in his word and in our questions, our listening, and our learning. As Jesus’ disciples, we share in the mission of evangelization – sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with others. One of the tools of evangelization is knowing how to recognize Jesus in our daily lives.
Each summer session will focus on one of the basic tenets of our Catholic faith: (1) The Creed: The Faith Professed and our individual responses to the Lord’s presence in our daily lives; (2) The Sacraments: The Faith Celebrated; (3) Christian Morality: The Faith Lived; and (3) Prayer: The Faith Prayed.
This series promises to be enriching and will equip and empower parishioners to live the Gospel message in all aspects of their lives.
All the videos and handouts for each session are available here:
